As many of you know, I have retired from actively running the HBCC UFO websites so that I may spend more time with my family and the things that I enjoy. I appreciate all the support you have given me over the years and I have an announcement to make. Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS), administered by Robert T. Bigelow, has purchased the HBCC UFO websites. BAASS will investigate, analyze and periodically publish updates of UAP cases that the public submits. Please continue to serve our community well and support the HBCC UFO websites by submitting your reports as you have in the past.

U.K. Traffic Officer Catches UFO On Patrol Cars Video Camera (Video Footage)

Brian Vike - HBCC UFO Research Note: As of yet the object in this video footage has not been explained. UFO Hunters the TV UFO documentary aired the footage in one of their shows, they had an expert look at the footage and the object in it and no answer came from him as well.
HBCC UFO Research Note: I have been asked to remove the actual day of this sighting, which I have done in this report. So the date reads, May 2003. I of course will protect the identity of the police officer and the person who sent me the report, photo and map. Also the footage will be posted when it arrived to me.
Hi Brian, a Traffic Officer some years ago in my force handed me a Digital-8 tape from one of the patrol vehicles. The Officer had been travelling westbound on the A59 road between Skipton and Bolton Abbey, lovely towns in North Yorkshire, UK. This was a routine patrol, (actual day of sighting removed by HBCC) May 2003 approx 2130 hours – the time and date is accurately shown on the speed-detection overlay the pursuit vehicles are equipped with.
The officer of course had a far better view than the limited resolution of the camera. The Officer remarked that the light was clearly made up of a packed cluster of small, very bright lights. It kind of shocked the officer greatly and you can see the vehicle’s speed slow down as the officer tries to take in the scene. The officer is experienced and well used to the Nightsun searchlights of the neighbouring force’s Police Helicopter and the officer was adamant this was not such a searchlight. No sound was heard (granted the officer was inside a moving Subaru Impreza, a fast chase car not noted for quiet travel as our local speedsters can attest when caught! The Officer feels this was not a fighter aircraft with reheat engaged (afterburn).
Anyway, despite this being rather old now, the officer didn’t wish any attention at all over this and asked me to hide their identity. I have protected name, gender and exact date in the video-capture. I ask if you use any of this report you describe the date as just ‘May 2003’ avoiding the day completely.
I have a DivX of the display at about 9MB. The full uncompressed unedited Digital-8 capture to pc is about 209 MB. I would just need time to mask off the day from the speed detection overlay (once I figure that with Premiere!). Let me know if you’d like the video, and how to get it to you. I hold the original Digital-8 tape.
Please don’t ID me either, please use ‘anon police officer’ if you like.

East Toronto, Ontario - City Of Toronto Police Officer Witnesses A Huge UFO

Full Description of event/sighting: I am a Police officer employed by the City of Toronto Ontario. I have been so employed 29 years. In the Fall of 2004 in the afternoon I was assigned the traffic enforcement detail. To do this I use a Laser speed measuring device. In the afternoon I was on a major north south road in the city's east end. I was seated inside my parked auto facing north. I was looking at the heavily overcast skies when something caught my eye. I looked directly overhead and saw a large golden orb. It glowed but had no discernable tail. It was within the clouds but the bottom of the orb was slightly lower and visible. The clouds were low, but I could tell this object was huge. It moved northbound at a high rate of speed causing a wake in the clouds. I could see it was indeed an orb from a distance before it went out of sight. In 4 - 6 seconds it was gone.
After several minutes I texted my radio dispatcher by way of the computer and asked if there were any calls for a meteor or lights in the sky. The dispatcher after several minutes confirmed some calls did come in regarding lights in the sky. I kept my sighting to myself and made no report to my superiors. I fully expected something in the evening news about a meteor in the sky. There were no news reports to my knowledge. Before this incident I had little interest in UFO sightings etc.

Condobolin NSW, Australia Police Officers Watch UFO Hovering

Shape of objects: Round.
Weather Conditions: fine, clear night.
Description: I was driving from Condobolin to the town of Lake Cargelligo at night, a distance of about 104km. I was the driver of a police car (Highway Patrol) with my partner in the passenger seat. This stretch is notorious for Kangaroos and wild pigs on the road at night, so I was driving under the speed limit of 100 kph. After traveling for about 10kms from Condobolin I noticed a light to my right apparently in a paddock. What attracted me to it was the brightness, and the fact it was alternating through all colors of the spectrum. I pointed it out to my partner and we slowed and checked, certain it was a farm house light. It was then that we became aware that it was not in the paddock, but hovering above it. We stopped, killed the vehicle lights, and watched it for a few minutes mystified. We debated what it was, but could offer no rational explanation and I think we convinced ourselves that it 'must' be a tractor in a paddock working the land and the lights must be resulting from being filtered through dust.

Round Lake, Illinois Police Officers And Many Witness To UFO Sighting

HBCC UFO Research Note: Another major UFO event has taken place in the Midwest of the United States. People were pulled over to the side of the road and the police were there observing the UFO as well. I certainly would like to request that if anyone knows anything about this event to please write to Brian Vike at hbccufo@telus.net or go through the website at www.hbccufo.org as I am searching for other eyewitnesses and more detail. Also if an officer who has any knowledge of the event, please do contact me. Of course all personal information says private ! Also HBCC UFO Research removed names in this report.
Brian, the unfortunate part of this story is that I didn't experience it first hand. The other unfortunate part is that my coworker would never report this to ANYONE he doesn't personally know for fear of ridicule. When I got to work this morning, my coworker was acting a bit odd. When I greeted him he said ". I gotta tell you something really bizarre. I didn't even tell my wife because she'll think I'm crazy."
My coworker lives in Round Lake, Illinois which is rather far north. He was a short distance from his home on route 120 (I believe he said) which has some farm area and quite a bit of space.
He tensed up and got very wide eyed and intense. This is what he told us (another employee and myself), not verbatim but this is rather close.
As I was driving I saw this huge light at ground level but still above the field it was over. I kept driving but I saw cars pulled over with people out of their cars watching so I pulled over. I asked some people what they thought and I said I thought it was some equipment being used or kids screwing around. But the light just sat there for awhile. Nothing happened so I started to drive away when I noticed the light wasn't getting any smaller. I saw more cars pulled off up ahead again so I pulled over again and watched it for awhile. By this point a cop showed up with his lights on. He asked everyone what was going on, I told him what I thought it was but that something was weird about it. So then another cop/car pulls up and says, 'You can only see it from the one side, I drove around the property.' Now, we all think it some sort of lighting rig. So the cops head out across the field towards the light when it shot directly up in the air like 20 feet and disappeared. NOT flew away, disappeared. The cops came running back pretty freaked out. I hung around while they searched the area and found not a trace of anything out there. At this point is was 11:30pm."
We get off work at 8pm, which would have put him in that area at 8:45. My coworker has a wife and a 3 year old son that he adores. He is an incredibly nice and liable person. In 5 years of working with him I have never heard him exaggerate any details nor have we ever discussed my passion for UFO's and Chemtrails. I try to keep that stuff away from work (until now!). He was genuinely scared when he talked about this. I could see it in his face, clearly. I need to get some more details like what police squad showed up, how big was the light, etc. I wonder if the cops will file a report or if it will get squashed?
Man! I wish I were there! So much stuff is happening in our area (the Midwest). Let's see? Sonic Booms/Earthquake/Chemtrails/Hail Storms/Orbs/Strange Light/Increasing Sightings... How much more needs to happen before we get some answers!? In the meantime I will keep a watchful eye on what going on and continue reporting to your site. Thanks again for providing us with as much proof and truth humanly possible!

Granisle, British Columbia RCMP Observe A Large Glowing Orange/Gold Saucer

Date: October 22, 2002 Time: 10:25 p.m.
(HBCC UFO Note: Granisle is a small town 45 minutes northeast from where I live in Houston, British Columbia, Canada. Granisle has a population of 400 residents and the main industries are tourism and logging. Once the site of a copper mine. (Granisle Copper & Bell Copper) who had two large open pit mines).
I was contacted by a gentleman ( RCMP Officer) recently who gave me quite a story. The witness was with another fellow driving north just a couple of kilometers south of Granisle, B.C. (their exact location when they viewed the craft was at Topley Landing). The two large forest companies here in Houston have a barge which runs back and forth across Babine Lake carrying logging trucks. The old Bell Copper mine is directly across the lake from the witnesses position. An approximate guess would be a 3/4 to 1 mile between the craft and the witnesses.
The officers observed a large glowing orange/gold almost saucer shaped (oval?) object hovering right over top the old Bell Copper mine. They said it was very low to the ground. At this point they pulled over to have a look and to try to figure out what they were seeing. As they watched the object hover, it would rise up very slowly and come to a complete stop, move sideways then stop and drop down roughly the same height from the ground when the witnesses first saw it. HBCC UFO Note: I asked if they witnessed any type of light coming from the object, meaning a downwards beam of light. They both told me no, no lights were seen coming from the object. They did say that it almost looked as if every time the object moved to another position and dropped back down, it seemed to them the light intensity grew from the object while it stayed stationary. At "one" point the object moved out over the lake and stopped for a few seconds, then went back over top the mine once again.
They mentioned they heard no sound at all, but keeping in mind that the two fellows were some distance away from the object when viewing it. (HBCC UFO Note: I asked them if they could give me an approximate size of this UFO). Their rough estimate was about the size of the Moon (maybe a hair smaller). They also said there were a few other cars and trucks that passed by them at the time, but no one stopped.
But they did say that everyone traveling the highway had to have seen it, you couldn't miss it. They said the area around the object, (ground area) was lit up for some distance. Also due to the brightness of the craft it cast it's reflection on the lake. The men watched this event for approximately 7 minutes before it rose up and left slowly heading north, still at a low altitude and out of their sight.
(HBCC UFO Note: I found this a very interesting case to work on. Three things came to mind. Why was this craft sitting over the old Granisle/ Bell Copper mine? Why did it move and stop over top of the lake? Why did the intensity seem to grow when it moved to a new position and hover? Actually I have a million questions I could think of to ask, but who? I am not sure if I can gain access to the mine, but I am going to check into it, as I would love to take a drive out to have a look around. Also something to keep in mind, Granisle Copper & Bell Copper mine's sit on an island on Babine Lake. Since the mines have been closed for sometime it may be hard to get onto the property.
Also rumors have been floating around that one of the companies were thinking of going back in and high grading the remaining ore. One other note to this story which may be of interest. On the mine site there have been a good number of fossils found, one which has brought a lot of attention has been the Mammoth. Bones have been found, and also were buried by the mine some time ago when it was in operation. (HBCC UFO Note: Granisle is a small town 45 minutes northeast from where I live in Houston, British Columbia, Canada. Granisle has a population of 400 residents and the main industries are tourism and logging. Once the site of a copper mine. (Granisle Copper & Bell Copper) who had two large open pit mines).
I was contacted by a gentleman ( RCMP Officer) recently who gave me quite a story. The witness was with another fellow driving north just a couple of kilometers south of Granisle, B.C. (their exact location when they viewed the craft was at Topley Landing). The two large forest companies here in Houston have a barge which runs back and forth across Babine Lake carrying logging trucks. The old Bell Copper mine is directly across the lake from the witnesses position. An approximate guess would be a 3/4 to 1 mile between the craft and the witnesses.
The officers observed a large glowing orange/gold almost saucer shaped (oval?) object hovering right over top the old Bell Copper mine. They said it was very low to the ground. At this point they pulled over to have a look and to try to figure out what they were seeing. As they watched the object hover, it would rise up very slowly and come to a complete stop, move sideways then stop and drop down roughly the same height from the ground when the witnesses first saw it. HBCC UFO Note: I asked if they witnessed any type of light coming from the object, meaning a downwards beam of light. They both told me no, no lights were seen coming from the object. They did say that it almost looked as if every time the object moved to another position and dropped back down, it seemed to them the light intensity grew from the object while it stayed stationary. At "one" point the object moved out over the lake and stopped for a few seconds, then went back over top the mine once again.
They mentioned they heard no sound at all, but keeping in mind that the two fellows were some distance away from the object when viewing it. (HBCC UFO Note: I asked them if they could give me an approximate size of this UFO). Their rough estimate was about the size of the Moon (maybe a hair smaller). They also said there were a few other cars and trucks that passed by them at the time, but no one stopped.
But they did say that everyone traveling the highway had to have seen it, you couldn't miss it. They said the area around the object, (ground area) was lit up for some distance. Also due to the brightness of the craft it cast it's reflection on the lake. The men watched this event for approximately 7 minutes before it rose up and left slowly heading north, still at a low altitude and out of their sight.
(HBCC UFO Note: I found this a very interesting case to work on. Three things came to mind. Why was this craft sitting over the old Granisle/ Bell Copper mine? Why did it move and stop over top of the lake? Why did the intensity seem to grow when it moved to a new position and hover? Actually I have a million questions I could think of to ask, but who? I am not sure if I can gain access to the mine, but I am going to check into it, as I would love to take a drive out to have a look around. Also something to keep in mind, Granisle Copper & Bell Copper mine's sit on an island on Babine Lake. Since the mines have been closed for sometime it may be hard to get onto the property.
Also rumors have been floating around that one of the companies were thinking of going back in and high grading the remaining ore. One other note to this story which may be of interest. On the mine site there have been a good number of fossils found, one which has brought a lot of attention has been the Mammoth. Bones have been found, and also were buried by the mine some time ago when it was in operation.
